Hello Nicol,
Yes Lauren is getting excited aboutthe new season and In December the Bantam girls will begin running hills and start their conditioning.Our team doesn't have many upper bantams but I am hoping for at least 3 morealong with the lower bantams that have just moved up.

I am feeling much better today and I will be ready to run next week .I am going to runthe hill with them when they start.

Thanks Lorraine. I hope to be collecting more right along side ya.....GO TM Relay! Want some sprint medals to add to the 5Ks.

Trackmom is a great web site which discovered by accident.
All parents of youth athletes can learn a great deal about
all aspects of track and field by visiting this website frequently.
i learned a a lot so I will high recommened it to other parents.
Loren is doing a wonderful job for the sake of all parents.
