- Just got back from the AAU JO Games, and all I can say is wow! It was really good to see my friends from around the country and get to meet so many people my dad knows. A big thankyou goes out to Coach Mike from Seattle Speed. He is a true Christian and the Milwaukee Striders and myself are indebt to him. He fixed me in 10 minutes. He reminds me so much of my dad, always helping people from other states and teams. Also I got to meet Blazegirl and her dad. Hope you heal fast girl!!! Im sorry I didnt get a chance to meet Track Mom but I know I will in the future.

- Just got in from a meet in Chicago! I went under the meet record in the shotput and had the pleasure of running against Illinois Elite. I wont lie I was in awe running against Brown and Hyshaw but their great girls and really friendly. We had a great 100m race. Im came in 3rd but the race let me see the speed I need to be at come Nationals!!!
